About Us
We are Dan and Anna (DNA), your property partners helping you to get started with your serviced accommodation business.
We started our first property with a modest budget of £10,000, spent on a property that we did not own but enabling us to leverage the rental market and generate sufficient income to reinvest. We now have a growing portfolio of serviced accommodation properties (ten at the time of writing and within a year of establishing the business).
We were approached by friends and colleagues who wanted to know how we did it. Thus, DNA Property Partners was born. We now want to share our knowledge, skills and experiences with you with the aim of supporting others to enter the property market. We also support existing landlords and serviced accommodation agents to make the most of their properties, ensuring quality serviced accommodation for end users whilst maximising revenue streams.
We have built up a solid network of skilled professionals whom we know we can trust, from accountancy and marketing professionals to skilled tradespeople, so we can share the best expertise to get you to where you need to be, and all on a minimum budget!
